摘要
介绍了《跟单信用证统一惯例》的法律地位及UCP600的产生背景,分析UCP600较之UCP500在形式与内容上的主要变化,指出与UCP500模糊、晦涩、过于技术性的条文相比,UCP600更为明确、清晰和简明,易于实务操作,对交单人的法律保护也更为完善。
With a brief analysis of the legal status of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits （UCP） and the reasons for the introduction of UCP600, this paper examines the major changes in UCP600.
