摘要
本文研究了在硼砂介质中,环丙氟哌酸与四氯对苯醌生成稳定的1:l络合物,表观摩尔吸收系数ε376=1.27×104L·mol-1·cm-1,基于这一反应,本方法测定药物制剂含量与文献方法一致,回收率为99.49%~100.2%,相对标准偏差为1.39%。
In this paper, ciprofloxacin reacts with tetrachlorobenquinone in borax buffer solution to form a stable complex, ε376.0=1.27×10 ̄4L·mol ̄-1.cm ̄-1. The proposed method has been applied accordingly to the determination of ciprofloxacin in tablets and capsules with satisfactory results. The method gives a RSD of l. 39%. The recovery is 99. 49%~100. 2%.
