四氯对苯醌分光光度法测定环丙氟哌酸

Spectrophotometric Determination of Ciprofloxacin using Tetrachlorobenzoquinone

本文研究了在硼砂介质中，环丙氟哌酸与四氯对苯醌生成稳定的１：ｌ络合物，表观摩尔吸收系数ε３７６＝１．２７×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，基于这一反应，本方法测定药物制剂含量与文献方法一致，回收率为９９．４９％～１００．２％，相对标准偏差为１．３９％。

In this paper, ciprofloxacin reacts with tetrachlorobenquinone in borax buffer solution to form a stable complex, ε376.0=1.27×10￣4L·mol￣-1.cm￣-1. The proposed method has been applied accordingly to the determination of ciprofloxacin in tablets and capsules with satisfactory results. The method gives a RSD of l. 39%. The recovery is 99. 49%～100. 2%.
