农牧民阅读习惯与基层公共图书馆建设——基于“一地四县”的调查

Reading Habit of Farmers and Herdsmen and the Development of Basic-level Public Libraries: A Survey of One Region and Four Counties

本文通过对四川甘孜藏族自治州巴塘县、西藏昌都地区及所辖的芒康县、左贡县及昌都县"一地四县"实地考察中的所见所闻,提出了一些加强藏族地区基层公共图书馆及其服务网络建设的想法。需要说明的是,本文讨论的重点是从农牧民的阅读习惯出发,来考虑在我国藏区,究竟需要什么样的基层公共图书馆和怎样建设那里的基层公共图书馆及其服务网络。

Based on the field trip to Batang County in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan and Changdu Region in Tibet and three counties under its jurisdiction-Kangmang County,Zuogong County and Changdu Couty,this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the development of basic-level public libraries and their service network in the Tibetan area .What＇s worth mentioning is that the focus of this paper is to ponder on what kind of basic-level public libraries are needed and how to develop basic-level public libraries and their service network in the Tibetan area,according to the reading habit of farmers and herdsmen.
