摘要
我国社区管理虽然取得了一定的成绩,但仍然存在着某些问题。这些问题主要包括:社区管理中政府主导作用的过度化,市场机制在社区管理中的泛化,以及社区内自治组织的被组织化。我们应当针对这些问题寻求相应的对策,以优化我国的社区管理。
Though our community managements have got some achievements, there are still some problems. These problems include mainly： Government＇ s leading role is emphasized excessively in community management, the market mechanism is misused, and the autonomous organizations in the community are becoming heteronomous. We should take some countermeasures against these problems for optimizing our community managements.
