摘要
三次供需平衡是现代水资源配置理论的核心,在系列年水资源供需平衡中,利用流域水资源规划管理工具MIKE BASIN,建立在ArcView地理信息系统平台上的各个水平年流域水资源系统网络模型,及包括径流、蒸发、需水及水源工程调度特征的数据管理系统,通过模拟运算得到各种情景下的水资源配置结果。利用云南省境内元江-红河流域的1956-2000年系列径流、需水,结合节水挖潜、污水处理回用及水源工程建设规划方案,分析得到2000年、2010年、2020年、2030年4个水平年的三次平衡结果。
Water resources three-times allocation is the core of modern water resources rational distribution theory. In series water resources supply and demand balance, MIKE BASIN software which depends on ArcView geographic information system desktop, was used to construct planning-year water resources system simulated model. That included a data management system with run-off, evaporation, hydraulic engineering attribute and water requirements. The models simulation can obtain diversified scenes of water resources allocation result. Using the case of Yuanjiang-honghe watershed with serial runoff, water requirement and comparing with water saving, sewage treatment for return use and water resources plan in 1956-2000 have obtained the three-time allocations in four years as 2000, 2010, 2020, and 2030.
