Preliminary discussion about rational allocation of water resources in Shandong Province

山东省总体上属于资源型缺水,水资源如何进行合理配置已成为解决水资源供需矛盾、保障经济社会可持续发展的关键问题之一。本文探讨了水资源合理配置的概念、理论与方法,通过建立水资源合理配置系统模型,生成配置方案,进行供需平衡分析,并提出山东省水资源合理配置的基本结论。

Shandong Province is located in a water deficient region as a whole, rational allocation of water resources has become one of the key issues of alleviating the contradiction of the water resources between supply and demand and ensuring the social and economic sustainable development. This paper discussed the concept , theoretics, method of rational allocation of water resources. Through setting up the rational allocation systematic model of water resources and establishing the allocation scheme, the analysis of water resources balance between supply and demand has been made, also put forward the basic conclusions of rational allocation of water resources in Shandong Province.
