摘要
通过对某口腔医院2002年1月到2005年12月在案的396宗医疗纠纷进行梳理,从发生医疗纠纷的医务人员分布、职称情况、纠纷内容等方面对其特点和成因进行分析,并提出对策。
Through the analysis of 396 cases in the official records of medical disputes in a certain dental hospital during a three - year period from January 2002 to December 2005, this paper means to analyze the features of medical disputes in the distribution of medical personnel, their titles, and the content of disputes etc, and a study of the causes of the disputes is also raised so as to propose countermeasures to reduce the Incidence rate of medical disputes.
