医患诚信缺失的原因及其重构策略

Causes and Reconstructing Strategy for the Disappeared Honesty and Credit between Physicians and Patients

受社会、伦理道德,特别是法律因素的影响,各种医患矛盾正成为阻碍和谐社会构建的主要社会问题之一。诚信是病人权利让渡契约的伦理基础,是社会伦理公平正义的基本表现,是医患经济利益调整的必然要求,也是医学人文精神回归的体现。医疗活动中应引入体现伦理道德要求的诚信理念,加强诚信教育,健全信用法律制度。

under the influence of social factor, moral and ethical background, and especially legal factors, various kinds of physician - patient conflicts are becoming one of the main social problems which hinders social construction. Integrity is the ethical basis of contractual demisability right of patients, the basic behavior of ethical equity and justice, the necessary request for regulating economic benefit between physicians and patients, and is also the embodiment of medical humanism regression. Therefore, a conception of sincerity which represents the need for ethics and morality must be introduced into medical practice, and we should also strengthen the sincerity education for physicians and improve the legislation and credit system in medical field.
