Analysis and Its Countermeasure of the Puzzledom in the Realization of Medical Ethics

当前医生的职业道德现状不能令人满意,而好医生胡卫民却难以立足。该如何引导医学生树立良好的职业道德是一个难题。文章重点分析难以践行医德的内在原因和外在原因,并提出了相应的对策。

The recent condition of medical staff＇s professional morality is quite dissatisfying, while some virtuous doctors such as Hu weimin can neither won a good reputation. It is a puzzling problem how to guide medical students to build up an appropriate professional morality. This paper mainly analyses internal and external reasons for this issue and comes up with some relevant countermeasures as well.
