摘要
结合工作实际对引起医疗投诉的非技术性因素进行分析,并从医院管理角度提出应对策略,旨在提高对医疗投诉的正确认识,树立积极主动的防范意识,更好地维护患者的合法权益。
Based on clinical practice, this article analyzes the non -technical factors that lead to medical dispute complaint, and also comes up with relevant coping strategies which aim to build up a clearer understanding of the medical dispute complaint and a more positive consciousness of self - defence, and therefore safeguard the legal rights of patients.
