摘要
研究了软质电容式称重的传感机理。根据橡胶的力学特性,分析了传感器电容变化量与受力部分几何形状之间的关系,并通过改变受力大小和受力部分几何形状进行了实验研究.实验结果表明:软质电容称重传感器产生的电容变化量不仅与质量有关,而且与传感器受压面积及几何形状有关,符合一定的规律.用该方法制成的传感器结构简单、携带方便,可应用在许多领域.
A novel soft capacitive weighing sensor is proposed and the sensing mechanism is studied. Based on rubber mechanical properties, the relationship between variation of capacitance and geometrical form of forced part is studied and the experiments were performed by changing weight and geometrical form of forced part. The experimental results indicate that the variation of capacitance is determined from the relationship between weight and geometrical form of forced part. The sensor made by the method is simple in the structure, convenient to carry and can be applied in many areas.
