摘要
采用6个不同掺杂的纳米ZnO气体传感器组成的电子鼻和人工神经网络(ANN)实现了乙醇和丙酮、乙醇和苯的定量分析.研究表明,不同掺杂的气体传感器在二元可挥发有机物(VOCs)混合体系的测量中敏感特性存在一定的差异,同时混合气体种类对传感器敏感特性影响也不同.对乙醇和丙酮、乙醇和苯定量分析的标准偏差分别为8.9×10-6、7.8×10-6.
Quantification of ethanol and acetone, ethanol and benzene was performed by using an electronic nose which contained 6 doped nano ZnO gas sensors. It was proved that the sensitivity characteristics of gas sensors varied with their dopants and different volatile organic compounds (VOlEs) when the binary VOCs mixtures were measured. The standard deviation of ANN in terms of predicting ethanol and acetone, ethanol and benzene was 8. 9× 10^-6 and 7.8×10^-6, respectively.
