摘要 在嵌入式零树小波(EZW)算法基础上提出了一种改进算法,引入提升方案和整数变换以降低复杂度,在编码前对系数按重要性进行排序并定义新的阈值以提高算法性能.实验结果表明,用该算法可以对红外人脸图象进行高效压缩. An improved algorithm is described based on embedded zerotree wavelet(EZW) algorithm. Lifting scheme and integer transform are introduced to reduce the complexity. Before coding the coefficients are queued and the threshold is redefined to improve the perfomance. The experiment result shows that the infrared human face image can be compressed effectively by this algorithm.
