摘要
目的探讨近视屈光度与眼轴长度的相关程度。方法以2004年2月至2005年2月在本院门诊就诊的部分近视患者,应用眼科A型超声生物测量仪,对82例(164只眼)患者的近视屈光程度和屈光各要素(眼轴长度、前房深度、晶体厚度、玻璃体腔长度)测量值进行分析。结果眼轴长度(标准化回归系数b’j=0.909)及玻璃体腔长度(标准化回归系数b’j=0.893)均与近视屈光度呈显著正相关;用逐步回归多元线性分析法分析玻璃体腔长度、晶体厚度及前房深度各屈光要素,其中玻璃体腔长度对眼轴长度的影响最大。结论眼轴增长是近视眼发生、发展的重要因素,尤其对中、高度近视眼作用更为显著;眼轴长度的增长基本为玻璃体腔的延长。
Objective To investigate the correlation between eyeball axial length and diopter in eyes with myopia. Methods Dioptres and the total physical dimensions of main refractive compceentsincluding axis length,anterior chamber depth,lens thickness, vitreous length were measured in 82 cases (164eyes). SPSS l l . 5 software package were applied to analyze the data . Results Analysis of data indicated a significant positive correlation among the refraction dioptres of myopia and axis length, vitreous length of eye (standardized coefficients are 0. 909 and 0. 803, respectively ). Multiple linear regression analysis of the data showed that vitreous length was the main factor to affected the formation and development of myopia diopter. Conclusion The growth of length of axis oculi was the most important factor for the formation and development of axial myopia , especially in pathological myopia, which is basically the prolong of vitreous cavity.
