摘要
通过吸收光谱、荧光光谱法考察了中性红在不同微环境中的光谱性质.结果表明,中性红在水溶液中存在两种分子形态:中性化形态和质子化形态,在一定环境下会达到平衡,两种形态的光谱有明显区别.中性红会与表面活性剂、β-环糊精、脂质体形成超分子体系,分子的微环境发生改变,平面分子结构得到固定,光谱蓝移,发光活性增强.
The spectra of the neutral red (NR) in the different environments have been studied by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. It is shown that the NR exists in two molecular forms in aqueous solution, neutral and protonic. In theexistence of surfactant, β-cyclodextrins, and liposome, the fluorescence peak blue shifted and the emission intensity strengthened greatly because of mlcroenvironment difference:, it also be rationalized in terms of planar confinement of NR in hydrophobic cavity.
