摘要
以典型的第三代选粉机O-sepa为例,介绍了涡流选粉机的基本原理、性能指标、结构特点、常见问题,着眼于撒料盘、导向叶片、笼形转子、壳体等部分,给出了设计方法和改进措施,同时引入了CFD数值模拟方法,对生产活动中涡流选粉机的设计和改进具有一定参考价值。
Set O-sepa classifier as an example, introducing the basic principle, performance indices, structure characteristics and problems of vortex air classifier, putting forward the basic design methods and improving measures about scattering plate, orientable blades, rotor with profiled blades, exterior vessel and so on, at the same time, CFD is used which can be useful in design and improvement of vortex air classifier in practical project.
