摘要
文章研究了以固体超强酸S2O82-/TiO2-Al2O3为催化剂合成乙酸异戊酯的反应,在反应温度分别为94℃﹑100℃及106℃下,测出合成乙酸异戊酯的动力学方程参数,建立了动力学方程式,并与无催化剂时酯化反应的活化能及动力学方程式进行了比较。结果表明,最佳合成条件为:醇酸摩尔比1.3∶1,催化剂用量1g,带水剂用量10mL。固体超强酸S2O82-/TiO2-Al2O3使反应活化能明显降低,是乙酸异戊酯合成的有效催化剂。
The synthesis of isoamyl acetate with the solid super acidic catalyst of S2O8^2-/TiO2-Al2O3 is investigated. The kinetic parameters of reaction are measured at 94℃ ,100℃and 106℃ respectively and the kinetic equation is thus built, which are compared with those of the reaction without catalyst.The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are: n(isoamylalcohol) :n(acetic acid)=1.3:1, the amounts of the catalyst and the water-taking reagent 1.0g and 10mL respectively. The activation energy of the reaction with solid super acidic catalyst is obviously lower than that of the reaction without catalyst, Sugesting that S2O8^2-/TiO2-Al2O3 is the the effective catalyst of the synthesis of amyl acetate .
