民以食为天,农业发展是人与自然协调的基础。浙江省武义县在新农村建设中,从人与自然的协调出发,大力发展区域特色农业,铸造了以杂交稻和有机茶为代表的包括优质水果、花卉苗木、食用菌、蔬菜和畜牧业在内的规模化、区域化特色农业产业带,推动了农村经济的快速发展和农民收入的大幅度增长,充分展示了武义农民生存的智慧。

Food is the first happiness. The development of agriculture is the basis of the harmony between man and nature. During the new socialist countryside construction, Wuyi County of Zhejiang Province has developed agriculture with regional characteristics based on the harmony between man and nature. Hybrid Rice and Organic Tea are the outstanding produces. Agricultural Belts of high quality fruits, flowers and seedlings, edible fungi, vegetables and livestock husbandry with scale and regional characteristics promote the quick development of rural economy and the sharp increase of farmers＇ income. All this shows the Wuyi farmers＇ wisdom.
