乡镇财政管理信息化建设中的问题及对策

Problems and Solutions on the Application of FBCMS System

2002年广东省决定在全省所有乡镇,推广乡镇财政管理信息化工作,经过两年多的试点,效果如何是大家十分关注的问题。在通过对新会区三江镇财政结算中心的实地调研的基础上,文章首先介绍了乡镇财政管理信息化建设的相关背景;然后重点分析具体实施过程中取得的效果以及存在的问题;最后,提出具体的政策建议。

Finance Balance Center Management System （FBCMS System） has been applied in some towns of Guangdong Province for over 2 years. The result of this project is highly concerned now. Based on the investigation in Sanjiang Finance Balance Center, this article first introduces the background of GDFBCMS project, then analyzes the achievements ＆ problems occurred in the period of implementation, and finally puts forward some detailed solutions.
