Reformation and Innovation of Teaching Management's System in a Period of Popularization

该文阐述了大众化时期我国高等教育具有与市场经济体制相适应的许多新特征,而现行高校教学管理制度已突显出很多缺陷。提出大众化时期高校教学管理制度的变革与创新,应以师生自主发展为特征,以培养符合社会发展需要的多样化人才为目标,构建适应大众化教育要求的教学管理新体制。

This article elaborates that some kittle defects had emerged from teaching management system in present higher education, while higher education of our country in popularization period is seasoned with the System of market economy. In order to set up a new teaching management system for popular education, the reformation and innovation of teaching management system in popular period should character at teachers and students＇ self- improvement, aim at training various talents to meet the demand of social development.
