欧盟绿色贸易壁垒政策对我国家电出口业的影响及其对策

Green Trade Barriers——Double Directives : WEEE and ROHS of EU

欧盟于2003年2月通过的两项新环保指令WEEE和ROHS都会明显增加我国家电企业的出口成本,严重威胁我国家电出口,不少达不到指令要求的产品将会被排斥在欧盟市场之外。但从另一方面看,此两项指令无疑也是一把“双刃剑”,它可以推动我国制造业的技术进步和产业升级,促进环保的发展,我国的家电企业在“双指令”面前将不得不努力提高自身产品的竞争力。

The new environmental directives： WEEE and ROILS of EU published in Feb.2003 will increase the export costs of our home appliances enterprises, threaten their exports, thus those products which can not satisfy the requirements will be excluded by European market. But on the other hand, the two directives will no doubt be a ＂double edges sword ＂ that will expand the developments of environmental protection. Home appliances enterprises in our nation have to increase the qualities of their own products and services.
