摘要
学习策略是影响学生英语学习效果的重要因素之一。该文通过对高职非英语专业学生英语学习策略进行调查,发现高职非英语专业学生在学习英语过程中能普遍利用各种学习策略,提高学习效率。调查还发现,英语程度高的学生使用学习策略的频率高于英语程度低的学生,女生学习策略使用频率高于男生,学习策略的使用频率与学生A级考试成绩有正相关关系。
Learning strategy is one of the most important factors that affect students' efficiency in learning English. By means of a questionnaire this article studies the learning strategies employed by students of non- English- majors in polytechnic colleges and finds that these students are capable of employing various learning strategies when learning English. The research also shows that students of higher English proficiency make more frequent use of learning strategies than students of lower proficiency. Likewise female students make more frequent use of learning strategies than male students. The study also finds that the frequency of learning strategy usage correlates positively with the result of Practical English Test for Colleges.
