Possible Impediments to Personal Copyrights in Editing Sci-tech Periodicals

著作人身权是著作权的基础和核心,对人身权的尊重与保护,对保护著作权尤为重要。该文围绕著作权中的发表权、署名权、修改权、保护作品完整权等四项基本人身权,论述了科技期刊与编辑可能妨碍甚至侵犯著作权的某些典型行为,提出主动与作者沟通的一条原则:发前签订合同,编后作者确认。

The personal rights are the base and core of copyrights. In order to protect copyrights, it is essentially important to protect the four personal rights： right to publication, right to signature, right to modification, and right to keep the integrity of papers. Possible impediments to the four basic personal rights are discussed one by one. Also, one principle of our initiative to communicate with the authors is presented： contacts assigned prior to publication, and, author＇ s affirmation after editing.
