Research of Management Strategy for Multi-campus of Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,随着高职院校的异军突起,多校区已成为高职院校的一种新的组织形式。该文提出了高职院校多校区的管理策略:凝聚整体实力,施行人本管理;做好统筹规划,实施战略管理;革新管理手段,提高管理效率;加强新校区建设,创建高职特色;整合教育资源,节省管理成本。

In recent years, along with the rapid development of vocational colleges, Mtrlti - campus has become a new style of organization for vocational colleges. This paper has brought research of management strategy for multicampus of vocational colleges： to agglomerate the whole strength and implement the humanistic management; to make overall plans and take all factors into consideration and carry out strategy management; to reform management means and increase management efficiency; to enhance multi - campus development and create special features; to integrate education resources and save management cost.
