郑州市2005年常规免疫接种率评价及影响因素分析

Evaluation on Surveillance Data for Routine Immunization Coverage Rates in Zhen Zhou city

目的 为了解郑州市常规免疫接种率监测工作的现状,评价郑州市2005年常规免疫接种率监测结果。方法应用《全国常规免疫接种率监测方案》规定的接种率监测评价方法,对郑州市2005年的常规免疫接种率报告结果进行综合分析和评价。结果各县市区报告完整性、及时率均为100%,基础免疫报告接种率在(98.92-99.75)%之间,全市基础免疫估算接种率在(110.89-127.08)%之间。结论我市常规免疫接种率维持在较高水平,但仍存在薄弱地区和薄弱环节,常规免疫规范化管理仍待加强。

In order to know the eurrent status of the routine immunization coverage in Zhen Zhou city, the surveillance data of routine immunization coverage was analyzed and valued. The results indicated that the timeliness and completeness of coverage rates reporting in 2005 at county levels were 100%. The reported routine coverage rates ranged from 98.92% to 99.75%. The estimated coverage rates ranged form 110.89 % to 127.08%. Our routine immunization coverage rates keeps a higher level except certain regions and links that are poor in management. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the routine immunization management.
