Study on Strategies of Talents Cultivation of Higher Vocational and Technical Education of Agriculture

终身教育体系的形成、职业教育法律体系的完善、教育制度的不断创新,为高等农业职业技术教育带来了新的发展机遇,同时也提出了严峻挑战。为此,高等农业职业技术教育应突出自身特色,从合理定位培养目标、突出能力、职业本位性、拓宽专业口径、加强师资队伍建设、健全课程与教学体系等方面,全面构筑新型人才培养体系。

The formation of life-long education system, the optimization of vocational education legisiauon system and the innovation of educational system all bring new opportunity as well as serious challenge for the development of higher vocational and technical education of agriculture. Therefore, higher vocational and technical education of agriculture should stand out characteristics, and comprehensively build its new talents cultivating system from the aspect of reasonably orienting cultivation objectives, attaching importance on abilities and profession -orientation, broadening specialty scope, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and optimizing curriculum and teaching system.
