摘要
RNAi作为关闭特定的基因新技术,为基因功能研究提供了一个快速、简便的方法,RNAi主要通过dsR-NA被核酸切割成21 ̄25nt的干扰小RNA即siRNA,由siRNA介导的识别并切割同源性靶mRNA分子而实现。RNAi是新发现的一种通过dsRNA特异性高效抑制基因表达途径。在随后的短短几年中,RNAi现象被发现存在于大多数真核生物中,这种存在揭示了RNAi可能是出现于生命进化的早期阶段[1]。
RNAi is regarded as a new technology of closing special genes, which offers a simple and quick way for research of genetic function. Rnai is achieved mainly by dsRNA cutted into 21~25nt small RNA just as siRNA, by which mediate and recognize holmologous goal mRNA molecule. RNAi is a new method resendy found by dsRNA, which specially hold down gene expression .
