摘要
环境微生物基因组学是基于功能和序列的基础上对得到的环境样品基因组进行分析的科学,是目前国际生物技术研究开发的最新热点之一。对环境微生物基因组技术的概念、研究策略和筛选方式进行了介绍,并对该技术存在的问题和未来发展方向做了展望。
Metagenomic describes the functional and sequence-based analysis of the collective microbial genomes contained in an environmental sample. It is one of the t hot points in the biotechnology study at present. In this review, comprehensive of concepts and methodologies regarding metagenomics and screening methods are described. Furthermore, the priorities are discussed.
