摘要
巴斯德毕赤酵母(Pichiapastoris)表达体系是近年发展起来的最为成功的真核表达体系。对巴斯德毕赤酵母表达系统及影响外源基因在巴斯德毕赤酵母中表达的因素进行了简要综述。
The Pichia pastoris expression system is the most successful eukaryotic expression system which was widely applied and developed in recent years. The characteristics and the factors influencing foreign gene expression of Pichia pastoris expression system are reviewed in this paper.
