摘要
以国内科技期刊上发表的文献研究结果为依据,综述了农杆菌介导技术、基因枪导入技术、花粉管通道技术与激光微束穿刺技术在小麦、水稻、棉花、大豆、油菜等主要农作物育种上的应用进展。同时,还简要介绍了其中主要外源基因导入技术的基本原理,并评价了其优缺点。
Based on the results of information investigaton,the paper briefly reviews the development in the research and application of transgenic crop breeding in main season crop and summarizes transgenetic techniques such as Agrobacterium-mediated particle gun tramduction; pollen tube channel transduction;laser micobeam riansgenic techniques; in main season crop breeding(wheat,paddy rice,maize,cotton,soybean and rape).The principle and the feature of exogenous gene transduction techniquics are also discussed. At the end of the paper,there are some comments on the advantages and disadvantages of exogenous gene transduction techniquics.
