摘要
目的:比较电针人中、百会组,肝俞、肾俞组,曲池、足三里组对急性脑缺血大鼠的针刺效应。方法:将雄性SD大鼠75只随机分为假手术组,模型组,人中、百会组,肝俞、肾俞组,曲池、足三里组,每组15只;右颈外动脉插入线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉局灶性脑缺血(MCAO)模型。采用11分制评分法对急性脑缺血大鼠12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h各时间点进行行为学评分,TTC染色法测定造模72 h后脑梗死体积。结果:大鼠MCAO急性脑缺血后,与假手术组比较,各组均出现不同程度的神经功能障碍及病灶侧脑梗死(P<0.01);与模型组比较,电针人中、百会组及肝俞、肾俞组可使48 h点后行为学评分稳定或下降,脑梗死体积缩小(P<0.05或P<0.01);与曲池、足三里组比较,电针人中、百会组及肝俞、肾俞组对降低行为学评分及缩小脑梗死体积差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:电针人中、百会组及肝俞、肾俞组能改善行为学评分,缩小脑梗死体积,对抗脑缺血损伤,且两穴组针刺效应相当而优于曲池、足三里组。
Objective: To compare the acupuncture effects of rats with acute cerebral ischemia by electro - acupuncturing points Renzhong,Baihui,points Ganshu,Shenshu and points Quchi Zusanli group. Methods: Seventy five male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups : pseudo - Operation, model, points Renzhong and Baihui, points Ganshu and Shenshu, points Quchi and Zusanli group; to establish the MCAO model. Eleven scores were used to measure the behavior score after establishment the MCAO model for 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours and used TTC manipulation experience to measure the volume of cerebral infarction after establishment of MCAO model for 72 hours. Results : After establishment of MCAO model, compared with pseudo - operation group, we found nerve malfunction to some extent, cerebral infarction appeared in the side of focus of infection with the defferent groups (P 〈0.01 ) ; compared with model group, electro- acnpuncturing points Renzhong and Baihn, points Ganshn and Shenshn group, the behavior score decreased to some extent after 48 hours, and the volume of cerebral infarction reduced(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with points Quchi and Zusanli group, electro - acupuncturing points Renzhong and Baihui, points Ganshu and Shenshu group, the behavior score decreased and the volume cerebral infarction reduced ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conculsion : Electro - acupuncturing in the group Renzhong and Baihui, group Ganshu and Shenshu can improve the behavior score to some extent, reduce the volume of cerebral infarction and resist against cerebral ischemia lesion, the effects are similar in these two groups and better than in group Quchi and Zusanli.
