HPLC法测定感冒灵胶囊中蒙花苷的含量研究

Determination of Linarin in Coldrine Capsule with HPLC Method

目的：建立控制感冒灵胶囊中野菊花的含量测定方法；方法：以蒙花苷为对照品，采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。色谱柱：十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂（romasil15-C18,250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-4％冰醋酸水（49：51）；流速：1ml／min；检测波长：334am．结果：蒙花苷在0．1848～1．386μg的范围内，其进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。蒙花苷的平均加样回收率为99．46％，RSD=1．75％；结论：该结果准确，方法重复性好，可作为该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。

Objective： To establish a determinative method for controlling the content of wild chrysanthemum in Coldrine Capsule. Method： To use linarin as control article, HPLC method was used for its determination. The chromatographic conditions included romasil15 -C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm） and the mobile phase consisted of methanol -4% glacial acetic acid（49 ： 51 ） with the flow rate 1 ml/min; the detection wavelength was 334 nm. Result： When linarin ranged from 0. 1848 μg to 1. 386 μg, there was a good linearity relationship between sample size of linarin and peak area. The average spotting recovery rate of Linarin was 99.64%, RSD = 1. 75% ; Conclusion： The result is accurate, the method has good reproducibility, can be used to control the quality and determinate the content of this preparation.
