宫颈癌的发病机制及中医药治疗研究进展

文章从病毒感染,细胞周期调节,端粒、端粒酶,雌、孕激素与宫颈癌之间的关系探讨了宫颈癌的发病机制。认为扶正祛邪是中医治疗本病的根本原则,根据临床症状辨证论治,运用中药内服及外治对宫颈癌有一定治疗优势。

The paper investigated the pathogenesis of uterine cervix cancer from the relationship between uterine cervix cancer and viral infection, regulation of cell cycle, telomere and telomerase, estrogen and pregnancy hormone. Strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens was considered the principle to treat this disease with TCM, according to clinical symptoms and signs for treating nterine cervix cancer by taking Chinese crude drugs orally together with external therapy, there were certain therapeutic superiority.
