摘要
通过成分分析及宏微观断口分析,研究了在变载荷的作用下热电偶套管疲劳裂纹的产生及扩展的机理,发现套管焊接咬边引起的微观缺陷是裂纹产生和扩展的原因,并导致热电偶套管的快速疲劳断裂。
The mechanism of cracking initiation and growth under variable load induces the failure of thermocouple sleeve pipe are studied through analysis of chemical composition and macro/micro-metallurgical structure. The analytical results show that the failure reason of the thermocouple sleeve pipe was welding undercut that induced microcosmic defect.
