摘要
系统分析了随机振动对陀螺稳定平台性能的影响,提出振动条件下机械谐振是导致陀螺漂移变大从而影响陀螺稳定平台漂移的重要因素,进而改进振动夹具以避开谐振频率的方案。最后通过对陀螺稳定平台系统的模态仿真和试验验证了理论分析的正确性和改进措施的有效性,改善了稳定平台的振动测试性能。
The article analyzed the influence of the peg-top stability platform occurred by a random vibration, putting forward the mechanical resonance is the important factor that causes the Peg-top drift become serious and influences the Peg-top stability platform drift under vibration conditions, then improve the vibration tongs to avoid the resonance frequency from the project. At last, verified the correctness in theory analysis and the validity in improving measure by the mold simulation and experiment of peg-top stability platform system .It can also improved the vibration test capability of the peg-top stability platform.
