Virtual Reality Technology is a kind of rising and integration information technology at the end of 20th century, in recent years develops rapidly, has been applied to education, military affairs, amusement and medicine and so on. This article has described the concept, basic characteristic, and technology classes of Virtual Reality Technology, and summed up three obstacles of Virtual Reality Technology development, finally expatiated its applications in some fields.
