摘要
采用针-板式高压脉冲放电等离子体反应器处理苯酚有机废水。考察了脉冲电压峰值、电极间距、氧气鼓入量、溶液初始pH值等因素对苯酚去除率的影响。在脉冲电压峰值为35 kV,电极间距为20 mm,氧气鼓入量为150 mL/min,溶液初始pH值为10.5的试验条件下,苯酚废水放电处理60 min的去除率可达90.8%。TOC的质量浓度随处理时间的延长而下降,当放电处理300 min时,TOC的质量浓度下降了76.8%。研究表明,高压脉冲等离子体技术处理有机废水具有良好的应用前景。
Needle-to-plate high-voltage pulsed discharge plasma reactor was used in treatment of phenolcontaining organic wastewater. The effects of peak value of pulse voltage, electrode distance, oxygen bubbling, initial pH of solution, and some other factors on the removal rate of phenol were investigated. Under the condition that, the peak value of the pulse voltage was 35 kV, the electrode distance was 20 mm, the oxygen flowrate was 150 mL/min, the initial pH value of the solution was 10.5, the removal rate of phenol could reach 90.8% after 60 min of electrodischarge treatment. The mass concertration of TOC of the wastewater decreased with reaction time prolonged, after 300 min of electro-discharge treatment, the mass concertration of TOC decreased 76.8%. The study indicated that, pulsed high-voltage discharge plasma technology had good application prospect in treatment of organic wastewater.
