摘要
利用实验分析了影响低温热水地板辐射供暖系统达到稳态运行的热工性能基础上,建立了传热过程的数学模型,确定了管间距、供回水平均温度、地板表面覆盖层等因素影响地暖达到稳态的关系,指出了除表面覆盖层对其影响较大以外,其余因素相对较小。此外还引入相对传热系数来表征不同环境、围护结构情况下对地暖预热达到稳态时间的综合影响。
Based on an experiment, the paper analyze the various factors that affect the low temperature heating system(LTRH) reach to steady state. After establishing a mathematical heat transfer process model, various factors such as the pipe swan, water' s average temperature, different materials covering on the surface of the floor that affect the time of the LTRH reach to the steady state have been analyzed and the results show that different materials covering on the surface of the floor is an important factor while the others are not so obvious. In addition, a concept-relative coefficient of heat transfer is introduced to analyze the time of the LTRH system referred to above in different environment.
