摘要
ADC08138是8位高速串行IO和可配置的高达8个通道的输入多路转换器,具有电压参考及跟踪保持功能。介绍了ADC08138的性能特点,给出了用VHDL程序来控制ADC08138的主要程序。计算机仿真及电路实验验证了设计的正确性。
ADC08138 is 8-bit high-speed serial I/O A/D converters with multiplexer options, voltage reference, and track/hold function. In this paper, the performance features of ADC08138 are described and main control programs based on VHDL are given. Then the simulation with computer is carried through and the result is verified.
