从人才培养目标出发,结合学院的具体情况,围绕人才培养规格的定位、课程体系的整合、硬件平台的搭建、软件平台的构造、课程的教学改革等方面的实践进行了阐述。介绍了在培养高职学生人文素质和专项技能方面的经验和做法。

Based on the objective of talents-fostering, combining the reality of our college, the article expounds the practices on talentsfostering target, the integration of curricula system, the construction of hardware and software platforms. It also introduces the experience and practice of humanities fostering and specific skill training in our college.
