HLAⅡ类抗原对细菌超抗原诱导人T细胞产生TNF的影响

Influences of Types of HLA Class Ⅱ Molecules on TNF Production from Human T-cells Stimulated with Superantigens

本文研究不同型别的ＨＬＡⅡ类抗原对细菌超抗原，葡萄球菌肠毒素Ｂ和链球菌致热毒素Ａ，诱导人Ｔ细胞产生ＴＮＦ的影响。在ＤＲ＋细胞参与或ＤＱ＋细胞参与下，毒素刺激可诱生高水平的ＴＮＦ，但在ＤＰ＋细胞参与下，毒素诱生的ＴＮＦ产量甚低。

The influences of types of HLA class Ⅱ molecules on TNF production from human T-cells stimulated with superantigens, SEB and SPEA were investigated. It was found that similarly high levels of TNF were induced upon stimulation with the toxins in the presence of DR+ or DQ+ cells,but only low levels of TNF were induced in the presence of DP+cells.
