HLAⅡ类抗原对细菌超抗原诱导人T细胞产生TNF的影响

摘要 本文研究不同型别的HLAⅡ类抗原对细菌超抗原,葡萄球菌肠毒素B和链球菌致热毒素A,诱导人T细胞产生TNF的影响。在DR+细胞参与或DQ+细胞参与下,毒素刺激可诱生高水平的TNF,但在DP+细胞参与下,毒素诱生的TNF产量甚低。 The influences of types of HLA class Ⅱ molecules on TNF production from human T-cells stimulated with superantigens, SEB and SPEA were investigated. It was found that similarly high levels of TNF were induced upon stimulation with the toxins in the presence of DR+ or DQ+ cells,but only low levels of TNF were induced in the presence of DP+cells.
