动力髁螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折生物力学的研究

Biomechanical Study of Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur Treated by Dynamic Condylus Screw

[目的]探讨动力髁螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。[方法]采用动力髁螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折17例。[结果]术后经6～20个月，平均99个月的随访；功能恢复按黄公怡评价标准：优11例，良4例，优良率为88．24％。[结论]从生物力学角度分析：动力髁螺钉可用于动力髋螺钉不合适治疗股骨逆粗隆间骨折和股骨粗隆下极区域内严重粉碎性骨折类型骨折。

[Objective] To Study the curative results of intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated by dynamic condylus screw. [Methods] 17 cases intertrochanteric fracture of femur were treated by dynamic condylus screw. [Results] All patients were followed up for 6-20 months with an average of 9 months. According to the assessment of WanGanyi , 11 and 4 obtained excellent and good result respectively, the excellent and good rate is 88.24 percent. [Conclusion] According to the analysis of biomechanical： The dynamic condylus screw can be used by the type of opposite intertrochanteric fracture of femur and smash fracture of intertro chanteric pole zone,but dynamic hip screw is not.
