调脂汤治疗脂肪肝的疗效观察

Tiaozhi Decoction Treat Fat Liver

[目的]观察调脂汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效;[方法]将70例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例运用调脂汤,对照组32例运用烟酸肌醇、肌苷、复合维生素B治疗,两组均以2月为1疗程,观察治疗前后临床症状、肝脏超声、肝功能及血脂的变化结果,总有效率治疗组为89.5%,对照组为65.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]调脂汤治疗脂肪肝有较好的临床疗效,具有降低血脂、改善肝功能及保护肝细胞的作用,达到治疗脂肪肝的目的,作用优于对照组。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Tiaozhi Decoction on fat liver. [Method]Divide 70 patients into 2 groups. The treatment group 38 cases take Tiaozhi Decoction, and the control one 32 cases take hexanicit, inosine and compound Vitamin B. Both take 2 months as a course. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms,liver supersound, liver function and blood lipid, For the total effective rate, the treatment group is 89. 5 %, control one 65.6 %, By comparison, the difference is of statistic meaning（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion]Tiaozhi Decoction has better cure effect on fat liver,it can reduce blood lipid,improve liver function and protect liver cell with the aim of treating fat liver,whose function is better than that of control one.
