中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕45例

Combination of TCM and Western Medicine Treat Dysfunctional Ovulatory Sterility 45 Cases

[目的]观察中医周期疗法配合克罗米酚治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。[方法]对90例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为2组，治疗组45例：运用中医周期疗法配合克罗米酚治疗；对照组45例：单纯运用克罗米酚治疗。[结果]治疗3～4个月经周期后，治疗组：妊娠并足月分娩者28例，占62．2％，流产者2例，占4．4％，未孕者15例，占33．3％。对照组：妊娠并足月分娩者20例，占44．4％，流产者4例，占8．8％，未孕者21例，占46．7％。差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。[结论]中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕较单纯运用克罗米酚疗效好，能提高妊娠率，减低流产率。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of dysfunctional ovulatory sterility treated with TCM periodic therapy combined with Clomiphene. [Method] Randomly divide 90 cases of the said disease into 2 groups, the treatment group 45 cases use TCM periodic therapy and Clomiphene; the control one 45 cases only Clomiphene. [Result] After 3-4 months of menstruation periodic treatment, for the treatment group, 28 cases had full birth, occupying 62.2%, 2 abortion, 4.4%; 15 un-pregnant, 33.3%. For the control one, they were 20, 44.4% ; 4, 8.8%; 21, 46.7%. The difference was marked（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The combination of TCM and western medicine has better effect than only Clomiphene on dysfunctional ovulatory sterility, it can improve pregnant rate and reduce abortion.
