摘要
[目的]探讨陈旧性髌骨骨折的治疗方法。[方法]采用切开复位改良张力带内固定术,结合中药内服外洗治疗21例。[结果]优18例,良2例,一般1例。[结论]手术结合中药内服外洗治疗陈旧性髌骨骨折疗效显著。
[Objective] To explore the therapy to old patella fracture. [Method] Apply fistulotomy, reposition and improving the fixation in the tension belt to treat 21 cases, combining with oral taking and external cleasing Of Chinese drugs. [Result]iS cases were excellent, 2 good, 1 just so so. [Conclusion]The said therapy has good effect on such fracture.
