镍钛—聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床观察

Study for the NiTai-JuBinQi Cure Smash Fracture of Patella

[目的]探讨髌骨粉碎性骨折的有效治疗方法。[方法]选择60例患者随机分为A组(镍钛—聚髌器)和B组(钢丝环扎)治疗,观察疗效。[结果]镍钛—聚髌器组优级率为85.7%,钢丝环扎组优级率为71.4%,(P<0.05)。[结论]镍钛—聚髌器是治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的一种很好的方法。

[Objective] To study the effective cure method for the smash fracture of patella. [Method] ： Randomly divide 60 cases of the smash fracture patella into A Group（NiTai-JuBinQi）and B Group（Steel wire Round Tie） ,observe the clinical effect. [Result] A Group the excellent rate was 85.7% ,B Group the excellent rate was 71.4%, （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] ：NiTai-JuBinQi Group was a very good method for curing the smash fracture of patella.
