当前高校法制教育存在的问题与对策

On Problems and Countermeasures in Present Collegial Law Education

高校法制教育对于促进我国的法治化建设具有重要意义。本文就当前高校法制教育存在的问题提出了加强师资队伍建设、坚持课堂教学主渠道与第二课堂和社会实践相结合、坚持营造良好的法制教育环境几方面的工作是利于促进高校法制教育的对策。

Collegial law education is of great meaning in promoting our country＇s law construction. The article proposes some countermeasures to promote collegial law education, i. e. to strengthen teachers team construction, insist on the combination of main channel of class teaching and second class of social practice, persist in creating good law education environment.
