细胞周期蛋白在局灶性脑缺血中作用机制研究的新进展 被引量:1

摘要 局灶性脑缺血对脑神经元损伤的机制是多种因素参与的过程,其中细胞周期相关蛋白有重要作用。研究发现在局灶性脑缺血模型中,许多细胞周期相关蛋白表达增加,且多分布在半暗带。多数学者倾向认为细胞周期相关蛋白参与细胞凋亡过程,并在此过程中起到重要的作用。例如Timsit等认为脑缺血后半暗带神经元内Cyclin D1和CDK4的表达是评估缺血神经元是否再次进入细胞周期的关键标志。本文就目前细胞周期相关蛋白在局灶性脑缺血损伤机制中的研究进展进行综述。
