摘要
以五叶地锦为研究对象,人为控制4种施水量,测定幼苗的生长、生物量干重和抗性生理。研究结果表明:不同的施水量显著影响幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶数、叶面积、生物量干重,随着施水量增加以上参数逐渐增大。不同施水量对幼苗生物量干重有显著影响,350mm和450mm施水量之间,五叶地锦幼苗枝叶形态和生物量差异不显著,而150mm与250mm、350mm、450mm施水的幼苗以上参数差异显著。不同施水量对幼苗叶片的脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化氢酶活性和丙二醛含量有显著影响。随着施水量的增加,以上生理指标明显下降。五叶地锦幼苗在150mm施水量的条件下脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化氢酶活性和丙二醛含量显著高于350mm和450mm施水量处理的幼苗,说明五叶地锦幼苗在150mm施水量条件下已经受到严重的水分胁迫作用。
Response of growth,biomass and the characteristics ofParthenocissus quinquetoha seedlings to the of precipitation change was studied by observing its response of four artificially controlled water supply levels. The results show that different water supply level significantly effected plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area and dry biomass. With the increasing of water supply, those variables Of the seedlings increased. Water supply obviously affected dry biomass of the seedlings. Between 350 mm and 450 mm,there were not obvious effects on morphology of branch leaf and biomass of seedlings of Parthenocissus quinquefolia ,but 150 mm and 250.350.450 mm water supplies those variables of the seedlings were obviously different. Different water supply level significantly effected the free proline content, activity of peroxide enzyme, soluble carbohydrate eoncent soluble protain concent, activity of peroxide catalase and MDA content of Parthenocissus quinquefolia seedlings leaf had obviously different under different water supply. The physiological index obviously decreased with the increasing of water supply. Proline concent,activity of peroxide enzyme, soluble carbohydrate concent soluble protain concent, activity of peroxide catalase and MDA content of Parthenocissus quinquefolia seedling's leaf under the 150mm water supply were obviously higher than that of 350mm and 450mm water supply. It showedParthenocissus quinquefolia seedlings had already get severe water stress under 150ram water supply.
