摘要
为解决动态、分布与异构制造资源的集成与共享,实现合作伙伴间的商务协同、制造协同、供应链系统,在网络化制造理论与技术基础上,提出了基于SOA(service oriented architecture,面向服务的架构)的网格化制造模式,以解决动态联盟企业或虚拟组织中各种物理和逻辑资源的共享和集成问题.分析了网格化制造的功能模型,构造了包括应用层、工具层、企业建模层、业务逻辑表示层及基础支撑平台等层次的体系结构,在此基础上,基于消息中间件和消息传输技术建立了网格制造单元的消息通信模型.
In order to effectively integrate and share the dynamic, distributed and heterogeneous manufacturing resources, this paper presents a Grid Manufacturing mode based on the Service Oriented Architecture and Networked Manufacturing, then gives the theory, function model and architecture of Grid Manufacturing. In the architecture, the physical resources and information resources and knowledge resources are encapsulated into many distributed and uninfluenced grid manufacturing cells or systems. The grid application tier, toolkits tier, enterprise modeling tier, business logic tier and the infrastructure tier are built. At last, the communication model for Grid Manufacturing Cell is put forward on the basis of the message middleware and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP).
